Instagram Fake Follower Checker
Check an Instagram account's audience yourself, in two steps: compare its public numbers with typical creators of the same size, then review a sample of its followers and get an estimate with a margin of error. No login, no app, and nothing you enter leaves your browser.
Your result appears here. Nothing is sent to a server.
How this check works
- Profile signals compare engagement with the median creator of the same size (Kyra, UK/US creators, July–September 2026, likes + comments ÷ followers), and look at comments per like, following vs followers and posting history. Each is shown as "worth a closer look" or "no concern", never as a score.
- Follower sample gives the share of reviewed followers that looked suspicious, with a 95% margin of error (Wilson interval). Small samples give wide ranges.
- We do not turn your sample into a number of fake followers: the newest followers Instagram shows you are not a random sample of the whole audience.
What this result does not mean
- It is an estimate from public numbers and your own review, not a count confirmed by Instagram.
- Suspicious-looking followers do not prove that the creator bought followers. Many arrive through giveaways, spam follows or inactive users.
- Use it with other checks: comment quality, audience Insights screenshots and the engagement rate calculator.
